What makes a Movie Star? Hollywood royalty. Those stars are a rare group who have been deemed by their loving fans or studio publicists with "that something special" in essence making them "the One".

Vivienne Leigh , Rita Hayworth, Lana Turner, Audrey Hepburn, Marilyn Monroe, Natalie Wood all incredible beauties that were taken, created, molded and shaped into a ravishing, seductive sex symbol by the studio star system of days gone by from the glory days of Hollywood so to speak.

Fast forward to the present. Shaped and molded are two words that don't fit the subject of our story today, actress Caitlyn Tyler Cole. The other comparisons do fit, however. An incredible beauty with a smoldering raw sexuality, seductive eyes, and a smile to die for Caitlyn Tyler Cole has that "special something" a charisma that you can actually feel take your breath away.

In her first film, the Miramax hit film SWINGERS, Caitlyn delivered the insightfully funny line to Jon Favrou "What kind of car do you drive?" In one succinct sentence, she epitomized the stereotypical essence of the Hollywood and LA scene.

Caitlyn's ability to play diverse roles can be seen in a variety of projects which include many independent and studio films, along with a recent appearance in the FX TV series TERRIERS.

She studies diligently, is committed to her craft and while appreciating references to her looks there is a genuine humbleness that surrounds Caitlyn Cole.

Caitlyn lives by these words and they are the reflection of all she believes and if the word "professional" can be used to its fullest import (degree) then in the context it is woefully inadequate in describing this delightful actress. "I love challenges and certain roles are extremely attractive. I am often drawn to raw, edgy, and offbeat material. Also, I have had complete weapons training for several films and trained with coach Steve Spry and LAPD-- this was so much fun. What I enjoy the most is transforming from one character to another that is completely different. I spent my youth traveling around the world and living in such places as the Middle East, Europe, and all over America. I believe this helped build my foundation and the understanding of the characters I play. Acting is a business. It is the small details and going the extra mile for someone or in your work that will set you apart from others."
